[摘要]自锁矫治器功能上具备很多独特的优势，近些年被广泛应用于临床。自锁托槽依赖滑盖或弹簧夹固定弓丝，无需结扎丝或橡皮圈结扎。这一特殊结构是否更利于正畸患者的口腔卫生维护，引起国内外学者的高度关注。本文就自锁托槽与传统托槽对牙周环境影响研究现状及进展作一综述。

Orthodontic wires have been fixed on self-ligating brackets by clips or slides without stainless steel ligatures and elastometric rings.
