    【摘要】目的 建立薄层色谱法对茯苓山药片中非法添加化学药品格列本脲进行快速筛查。方法 以格列本脲对照品作对照，以三氯甲烷-甲醇(1:1)为溶剂进行提取，硅胶G薄层板上点样，以三氯甲烷-甲醇-甲酸(15:10:3)为展开剂展开，紫外灯光(365 nm)下检视荧光斑点。结果 采用薄层色谱法能够高效快速地排查茯苓山药片中是否非法添加化学药品格列本脲，在与格列本脲对照品色谱相应的位置上，未显相同颜色的荧光斑点为阴性(样品不含格列本脲)，显示相同颜色的荧光斑点为阳性(样品含格列本脲)。结论 所建立的方法操作简便，且稳定性和重现性好，结果比较准确，适用于对茯苓山药片中的格列本脲的快速筛查。

    【Abstract】Objective To establish a Thin Layer Chromatography(TLC)method for rapid determination of glibenclamide illegally added in Fulingshanyao Tablets.Methods Use glyburide as comparison,Use Chloroform-methanol(1:1)as extraction solvent,Spot sample on Silica gel G thin plate,Extract with chloroform-methanol-formic acid(15:10:3), Observe Fluorescent spots under UV light(365 nm).Results TLC method can efficiently determine whether there is glibenclamide illegally added in Fulingshanyao Tablets.The result is negative if there is no fluorescent spot with the same color of glyburide in the corresponding chromatographic position(there is no glyburide in the sample),The result is positive if there is fluorescent spot with the same color of glyburide in the corresponding chromatographic position(there is glyburide in the sample).Conclusion The method established is simple, stable and reproducible,the result is accurate,and it can be used for rapid determination of glibenclamide in Fulingshanyao Tablets ......
