    内镜下黏膜切除术治疗大肠广基息肉患者的临床疗效

    【摘要】目的探讨内镜下黏膜切除术治疗大肠广基息肉患者的临床疗效。方法选取2012年10月至2014年10月沈阳市肛肠医院收治的62例大肠广基息肉患者为研究对象，按随机数字表法将其分为观察组和对照组，各31例。对照组患者运用常规黏膜切除术，观察组患者采用内镜下黏膜切除术实施治疗，比较两组患者术后便血发生率、手术时间、术后开放饮食时间及不良反应发生情况。结果观察组患者术便血发生率、不良反应发生率均明显低于对照组，手术时间、术后开放饮食时间均明显短于对照组，差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论内镜下黏膜切除术治疗大肠广基息肉患者临床疗效确切，同时操作简单、能够提供较为完整的病理标本，术后不良反应相对较少，是一种理想的治疗方法。【关键词】内镜下黏膜切除术；大肠广基息肉；临床疗效

    Clinical Efficacy of Endoscopic Mucosal Resection for Colorectal Polyps

    【Anstract】ObjectiveTo explore the clinical efficacy of endoscopic mucosal resection for the treatment of colorectal polyps.MethodsSelected October October 2012 to 2014,the Shenyang City anorectal Hospital treated 62 cases of E.wide based polyps as the research object,according to the random number table method can be divided into the observation group and the control group,31 cases.In the control group with routine mucosal resection, observation group were treated by endoscopic mucosal resection treatment,were compared between the two groups of patients with postoperative hematochezia occurred rate,operative time,postoperative open diet time and adverse reaction incidence.ResultsObservation group patients with hematochezia occurred rate,incidence of adverse reactions were significantly lower than that of the control group,operation time,after open eating time were significantly shorter than that of the control group,differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).ConclusionsEndoscopic mucosal resection is an ideal method for treating patients with colorectal polyps,which is simple and can provide a relatively complete pathological specimen. ......
