Introduction
Union of fracture is an extremely complex biological repair process, and Chinese traditional medicine has accumulated a wealth of clinical experience in the treatment of fractures. Especially three syndrome differentiation theories have an important clinical significance. According to theoretical system of traditional Chinese medicine and modem scientific and technology, using a variety of different experimental methods, the mechanism was studied in-depth we conducted in-depth study of the mechanism and achieved certain results and breakthroughs. On the basis of our previous studies, using immunohistochemical technique, combined with the clinical experience of our division on treatment of fractures for many years, we further study the mechanisms of traditional Chinese medicine accelerating callus formation and proliferation of new vessels of fracture.
