摘要 从中医理论对心、脑功能的认识以及心和脑在生理病理上的密切联系阐述了脑心同治理论提出的生理病理学基础。重点阐明脑心同治理论在双心疾病治疗中应用的基础，指出炎性反应是脑心同治共同的病理基础，“气痰瘀同治”是“脑心同治”的主要治法。进一步明确了脑心同治理论的适用范围，评价了脑心同治理论对临床的指导意义。
