摘要 癌因性疲乏是中晚期肿瘤患者最为困扰的症状之一，并且严重影响患者的机体功能和生活质量。针灸疗法安全有效，不良反应少，简便易行，近年来针灸在癌因性疲乏领域的应用逐步受到关注。本文通过收集和整理维普、知网、万方、PubMed和Cochrane Library等国内外数据库中的相关文献，综述了近10年来国内外运用针灸干预癌因性疲乏基础及临床研究进展，客观评价针灸治疗的有效性，并初步分析其可能的作用机制；同时指出研究中存在的相关问题，有待进一步规范与研究。
