摘要 目的：探讨养心氏片对冠心病不稳定型心绞痛的疗效。方法：选择60例患者随机分为治疗组及对照组，在给予扩张血管、抗血小板等常规治疗的基础上，治疗组加用养心氏片。观察2组治疗前后患者心绞痛发作次数、程度、心电图ST段总压的变化及药物不良反应。结果：治疗组显效19例，有效9例，无效2例，总有效率93%；对照组显效15例，有效11例，无效4例，总有效率86%。2组总有效率比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：应用养心氏片治疗冠心病不稳定型心绞痛疗效肯定且不良反应少。
