摘要 目的：阐明校正填补值的模式混合模型原理，实现针刺临床纵向研究的模型分析。方法：采用3阶段方式实现数据非随机缺失机制的模式混合模型构建，运用多重填补技术整合填补数据结果，利用SAS 9.4完成模型各参数估计。结果：从原始数据库中提取378(378/1075，35%)例患者数据，其中缺失数据15(15/25，60%)例，不同校正水平下，电针療效结果稳定。结论：校正填补值的模式混合模型与多重填补方法相结合方式，为多重填补法的敏感性分析提供了可靠的方法学支持，为纵向非随机缺失数据临床研究提供了新的思路。
