摘要 目的：发掘传统中医经典，结合现代临床实际，探讨中医药防治消渴糖尿病临证治法方药。方法：挖掘经典，结合临床，探讨消渴病命的全程演变，找出相应的理论依据与治法方药。结果：产生条辨11条，总结和创新了消渴病名含义、病因病机、证治心悟、老方新方、变证变法，形成古文式的现代中医条辨。结论：重返中医经典之道，熔铸辨证论治新意。适于临床，合于经典，利于传承，旨在创新。
