摘要 IgA肾病是以系膜区IgA沉积为主要特点的一组最常见的特殊免疫类型的原发性肾小球肾炎。IgA肾病的发生、发展与免疫炎性反应、肾脏纤维化、足细胞损伤等有关。中医药治疗IgA肾病的相关机制尚未完全清楚，动物模型的创新及改良为研究IgA肾病相关机制提供了条件。
