摘要 随着科技和互联网的发展，医学研究已步入大数据时代。在信息爆炸的大数据背景下，传统中医药研究逐渐显现出不足，而基于大数据的中医临床研究更适合真实世界研究。文章分析了大数据思维与中医思维相关性、梳理了目前中医药临床研究现状及存在的局限性，提出在大数据背景下应建立新的研究思路，即大数据临床研究(BCT)，并且充分利用数据挖掘技术探索数据价值，以期为今后中医药研究方向提供一定的可行性及参考价值。
