摘要 糖尿病溃疡是糖尿病的严重并发症之一。本文通过查阅近几年国内外中医内治法辨证治疗糖尿病溃疡相关的临床研究和實验研究等文献资料，从糖尿病足溃疡的精准辨证、精准论治及客观依据方面总结糖尿病溃疡的中医内治法精准辨证及治疗研究进展。中医药精准化治疗是中医未来发展的方向。中医内治法治疗糖尿病溃疡有着明显的疗效和优势，其临床和实验研究研究遵循了中医学的整体观念和辨证论治，同时蕴涵和体现了“精准医学”的基本思想，为临床中医内治法治疗糖尿病溃疡提供精准化依据。
