逍遥丸对亚健康人群疲劳及Th1/Th2平衡漂移的影响(1)
摘要观察逍遥丸对亚健康人群疲劳改善及对细胞免疫功能的影响。方法:选取2016年1月01日至2016年12月31日在石家庄市第一医院体检的亚健康人群,通过随机数字法抽取40例纳入观察组,同时将随机选择20例健康人作为对照组,观察组口服逍遥丸,对照组不进行干预治疗。干预前后评定并记录2组受试者的疲劳指数(FSAS),亚健康评定量表(SHMS),同时定量检测患者血清免疫球蛋白IgA,IgG,Th1/Th2比例进行检测。结果:治疗前2组受试者在FASA、SHMS、IgA,IgG,Th1/Th2比例差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),经过为期4周的治疗后观察组FASA、SHMS较治疗前增加,且与对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组患者经治疗4周后,其血清IgA、IgG水平明显升高(P<0.05),且接近对照组,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组患者Th1/Th2比例较对照组低,经过为期4周的临床干预后观察组Th1/Th2比例上調,虽与健康对照组相比仍偏低,但较治疗前有明显提升,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:口服逍遥丸可减轻亚健康人群的疲劳程度,提高人体细胞免疫功能力,改善亚健康状态。

AbstractObjective:To observe the influence of improving the fatigue and the cellular immune function by intervention with Xiaoyao pills for sub-health population, and to analyze the mechanism. Methods:Sub-health population who had physical examination in Physical Examination Department in Shijiazhuang First Hospital from January 1st 2016 to December 31st, 2016 were selected. A total of 40 patients were included into the observation group by random numbers method, meanwhile 20 cases of healthy people were selected randomly as the control group. The observation group was orally given Xiaoyao pills, and the control group didn′t have intervention treatment. Fatigue Self-Assessment Scale (FSAS) and Sub-health Measurement Scale (SHMS) of the two groups before and after the intervention were evaluated and recorded, and the serum immunoglobulin IgA, IgG, Th1/Th2 ratio in the patients were quantitatively detected. Results:1) Before treatment, the differences of FASA, SHMS, IgA, IgG, Th1/Th2 ratio in the two groups were statistically significant (P<0.05). After 4 weeks of treatment, FASA and SHMS increased in the observation group than before treatment, and there were no statistically differences compared with the control group (P>0.05);2) After 4 weeks of treatment, the serum IgA, IgG levels of patients in observation group increased significantly (P<0.05), and close to the healthy control group. The two groups were with no statistical differences (P>0.05). 3) The Th1/Th2 ratio of the observation group was lower than that of control group. After 4 weeks of clinical intervention group, Th1/Th2 ratio of the observation group increased, but was lower than healthy control group. It had significant improvement than before the treatment, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).
