摘要 过敏性鼻炎是耳鼻喉科常见的病种，以阵发性喷嚏、鼻痒、鼻塞、流涕等为主要临床症状，病情多久治难愈，常呈阵发性或突发性。过敏性鼻炎属于中医学“鼻鼽”“鼽嚏”等范畴。西医治疗此病多采用避免疗法、抗组胺治疗、激素类治疗或异性免疫疗法，虽在一定程度有改善作用，但极易复发且有不同程度不良反应。中医药尤其是针灸疗法在治疗过敏性鼻炎有独特的优势，且方法纷呈。本文对近年来针灸治疗过敏性鼻炎的临床研究及实验研究进行评述，总结过敏性鼻炎的针灸治疗。
