     摘要本文通过对刘完素和李东垣2位医家在脾胃病火热证的认识进行比较，二者对脾胃病火热证论述各有侧重，刘完素偏重六气火化致病，治宜开达玄府，宣通气液；李东垣注重脾胃内伤，治疗多补中益气、升阳散火。从而增加我们对脾胃病火热证的进一步认识，为以后的临床提供治疗思路。
