摘要通过搜索、分析、整理近5年知网、万方关于运动疗法干预慢性肾功能不全的论文，将慢性肾功能不全分为透析期及非透析期。总结运动疗法对慢性肾功能不全的影响、分析当前存在的不足，初步探索适合的传统运动处方，以期延缓慢性肾功能不全的进展。关键词慢性肾功能不全；透析；传统运动疗法；十八段锦；运动处方
