增液润燥汤对干燥综合征中老年女性性激素水平及外分泌腺功能的影响(1)

     摘要 目的：觀察增液润燥汤对干燥综合征中老年女性性激素水平的影响及对外分泌腺功能的改变情况。方法：选取2016年1月至2017年12月郑州市第一人民医院收治的原发性干燥综合征患者40例。根据随机数字表法随机分为观察组与对照组，每组20例。对照组给予硫酸羟氯喹片口服0.2g，2次/d；嘱咐患者必要时可使用人工泪液，多饮水；观察组在对照组基础上予增液润燥汤。根据干燥综合征的主要症状进行中医临床症状积分；检测其性激素水平及外分泌腺功能，并采用流式细胞仪检测Tfh细胞的表达水平。结果：1)治疗后2组均较治疗前中医临床症状积分降低(P<0.05)；其中观察组的中医临床症状积分低于对照组(P<0.05)。2)治疗后2组均较治疗前E2、T和FSH升高(P<0.05)，而LH降低(P<0.05)；其中观察组的E2、T和FSH的性激素水平高于对照组(P<0.05)，而LH与之相反(P<0.05)。3)增液润燥汤治疗后唾液和泪液分泌较治疗前增多(P<0.05)，且优于对照组(P<0.05)。4)增液承气汤治疗后Tfh细胞表达水平较治疗前下调(P<0.05)，且下调程度优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：增液润燥汤能有效改善干燥综合征中老年女性患者的性激素水平和外分泌腺功能，这一疗效机制可能与下调Tfh细胞的表达有关。
