苍术黄柏药配伍规律对药效物质的影响(1)
摘要目的:探討苍术黄柏药的配伍规律对药效物质的影响,阐释中药合理配伍的科学内涵。方法:采用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)指纹图谱分析进行线性关系分析以及加样回收率试验考察HPLC的严谨性。HPLC指纹图谱:取小檗碱和黄柏碱对照品溶液和苍术黄柏1∶1、1∶2、1∶3、0∶1、2∶1、3∶1、1∶0等不同配伍供试品溶液进行HPLC指纹图谱分析。结果:以苍术黄柏供试品溶液获取的HPLC色谱图中小檗碱和黄柏碱的保留时间与对照品外标法一致。1024~1024 μg范围内线性关系良好。加样回收率试验结果中平均回收率为9980%,RSD为20%,显示加样回收率试验良好,HPLC严谨性高。苍术黄柏不同配伍规律中非共有峰面积以3∶1配伍比例为最高为1062%,其次是1∶1配伍比例为806%。结论:苍术黄柏配伍不同配伍规律中3∶1配伍比例对小檗碱的影响最小,临床组方中发挥的黄柏作用药效就较好;从而说明中药配伍和药物剂量对于充分发挥药物疗效至关重要。

Study on Effects of Compatibility Regularity of Rhizoma Atractylodis and Cortex Phellodendri on Pharmacodynamic Substance

AbstractObjective:To explain the scientific connotation of the rational compatibility of Chinese herbal medicine based on the HPLC analysis, and discuss the effects of compatibility regularity of Rhizoma Atractylodis and Cortex Phellodendri herbs on pharmacodynamic substance. Methods:The linear relationship was analyzed by HPLC and the sample recovery test was used to investigate the preciseness of HPLC. HPLC fingerprint: berberine and phellpdendrine comparison liquor, and Atractylodes rhizome and Cortex Phellodendri were used to make the test solution by the proportion of 1∶1, 1∶2, 1∶3, 0∶1, 2∶1, 3∶1, 1∶0, which were analyzed by HPLC fingerprint. Results:1) The retention time of berberine and phellpdendrine in Atractylodes rhizome and Cortex Phellodendri test solution was consistent with external standard method of control products by HPLC chromatogram. 2) The linear relationship was good in the range of 1024 to 1024 μg. 3) The average recovery rate of sample recovery teste was 9980%, and RSD was 2%, which showed that the sample recovery rate was good, and HPLC had a high conscientiousness. 4) In the different compatibility rules of Rhizoma Atractylodis and Cortex Phellodendri, the non common peak area was the highest with the ratio of 3∶1 compatibility to 1062%, followed by 1∶1, the proportion of compatibility was 806%. Conclusion:The effect of 3∶1 compatibility proportion of Atractylodes rhizome and Cortex Phellodendri has the minimum effect on berberine, and Cortex Phellodendri has a good pharmaceutical effect, indicating the compatibility and drug dose play an important role in giving full play to the effects of the drugs.
