摘要 良性前列腺增生是泌尿外科的常见病，其临床表现有尿频、尿急、夜尿增多等尿路刺激症状，尿线变细、尿流中断、进行性排尿困难的梗阻症状，其症状严重影响中老年男性的生命质量，给患者本人和家庭带来生活压力及负担。本文结合近10年国内外文献，从BPH病因及发病机制研究方面进行归纳总结，以期为临床BPH防治研究提供参考。
