免疫抑制作用下雷公藤藤多甙片治疗IgA肾病效果观察(1)

     摘要 目的：探討免疫抑制作用下雷公藤藤多甙片治疗IgA肾病的治疗效果。方法：选取2015年12月至2016年12月河南省中医药研究院附属医院收治的IgA肾病患者60例，根据治疗方式的不同随机分为观察组和对照组，每组30例，对照组采用常规方法进行治疗，观察组在常规治疗的基础上给予具有免疫抑制作用的雷公藤多甙片进行治疗，比较2组患者治疗情况。结果：观察组和对照组经过治疗后，尿红细胞相位计数、24 h尿蛋白定量、血压、血清肌酐4项指标均比治疗前有所改善，观察组改善效果比对照组更加显著，差异有统计学意义( P <0.05);2组患者经过治疗后，对照组的治疗有效率为60%，对照组的治疗有效率为90%，差异有统计学意义( P <0.05)。结论：临床上采用免疫抑制作用的雷公藤多甙片治疗IgA肾病可以取得显著的疗效，可以使用IgA肾病患者的临床症状得到显著的改善，具有可靠、安全等优点，值得在临床上推广应用。

    Effects Observation of the Action of Tripterygium Wilfordii Stendardo Glucoside Tablets in the Treatment of IgA Nephropathy under Immunosuppression

    Abstract Objective： To evaluate the immunosuppressive effects of tripterygium wilfordii rattan glucoside piece with the curative effect of treatment of IgA nephropathy. Methods： From December 2015 to December 2016，a total of 60 patients with IgA nephropathy in the Affiliated Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine Research Institute of Henan Province were divided into observation group and control group with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with the conventional methods，while the observation group was given tripterygium wilfordii glycoside tablets with immunosuppressive effects on the basis of conventional treatment.the treatment of two groups was compared. Results： After treatment，the 24 h urine red blood cell phase counting，urine protein，blood pressure，serum creatinine quantitative of the observation group and control group were improved than before treatment.The observation group was improved more significantly than the control group，with statistically significant difference ( P <0.05).After treatment，the effective rate of the control group was 60%，and the control group was 90%，with statistically significant difference ( P <0.05). Conclusion： Clinical use of the tripterygium wilfordii glucoside tablets with the immunosuppressive effect in the treatment of IgA nephropathy can be achieved remarkable curative effect，and it can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of IgA nephropathy patients，and has the advantages of reliable，safe and worthy of popularization and application in clinic.
