摘要 郭霞珍教授通过对黄帝内经基础理论的理解，参考历代医家对调经促孕种子的认识，继承程士德教授学术思想和临床经验，总结了女性经、带、孕的特殊生理特点和不孕的病因病机。主要针对肾-天癸-冲任-胞宫这一生殖轴的调理，提出了以平调阴阳，补肾益精为主，益气养血，疏肝解郁，活血软坚为辅的一套调经促孕的治则治法，临床取得良好的疗效。
