摘要 病机是中医理论的核心概念之一，辨识病机在中医临床诊疗中至关重要。通过梳理古今医家对病机理论的论述和发挥，总结了中医病机的内涵要素：病因、病性、病位、病症、病情、病理因素和病势。提出以病机为主导集成中医临床个体化信息、探索建立中医临床个体化评价方法的思路。
