血速升颗粒治疗高分级脑胶质瘤术后放化疗患者疗效观察(1)
摘要 目的：观察血速升颗粒对高分级脑胶质瘤术后放化疗患者细胞免疫功能及血细胞成分的影响。方法：选取2016年3月至2018年3月河北医科大学第二医院收治的高分级脑胶质瘤患者96例作为研究对象，按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组，每组48例。所有患者术后进行同步放化疗，对照组给予常规对症治疗，观察组在此基础上加用血速升颗粒。比较2组患者细胞免疫功能及血细胞成分变化情况。结果：观察组43例，对照组42例最终进入研究，同步放化療2周时2组患者白细胞、中性粒细胞、血红蛋白及血小板均出现不同程度的降低，但是观察组患者白细胞及血红蛋白指标高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)，中性粒细胞及血小板指数比较，差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);在同步放化疗结束时，观察组患者的白细胞、中性粒细胞及血红蛋白指标均明显优于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)，2组患者血小板指数相当，差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。在同步放化疗结束时，观察组患者的CD3+、CD4+、CD4+/CD8+指标明显高于对照组，组间比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：高分级脑胶质瘤术后放化疗过程中联合使用血速升颗粒，有有效促进骨髓造血、提升全血细胞数量、增强机体免疫力，值得推广。

Abstract Objective：To observe the effects of Xuesusheng Granules on cellular immune function and blood cell composition in patients with high-grade glioma after radiotherapy and chemotherapy.Methods：We selected 96 patients with high-grade glioma who underwent surgical resection in The Second Hospital of Hebei Medical University from March 2016 to March 2018 as the subjects of this study.According to the digital table method，they were randomly divided into 2 groups，with 48 cases in each group.All patients underwent postoperative concurrent chemoradiotherapy，while the control group was given conventional symptomatic treatment，and the observation group was added with Xuesusheng Granules on this basis.Cellular immune function and blood cell composition were compared between the 2 groups.Results：Forty-three cases in the observation group and 42 cases in the control group finally entered the study.The leucocytes，neutrophils，hemoglobin and platelets of the 2 groups decreased in different degrees at 2 weeks of concurrent radiotherapy and chemotherapy，but the indexes of leucocytes and hemoglobin in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the indexes of neutrophils and platelets between the 2 groups(P>0.05).At the end of concurrent chemoradiotherapy，the leukocyte，neutrophil and hemoglobin indexes of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05)，and the platelet indexes of the 2 groups were similar(P>0.05).At the end of concurrent chemoradiotherapy，the indexes of CD3+，CD4+ and CD4+/ CD8+ in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group，with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion：The use of Xuesusheng Granules in combination with postoperative radiotherapy and chemotherapy for high-grade glioma can effectively promote hematopoiesis of bone marrow，increase the number of whole blood cells and enhance the body immunity，which is worthy of promotion., http://www.100md.com(刘力强)
