摘要 张杰老师为国医名师，遣方用药得心应手，擅长治疗内科杂病。文章从感冒发热、眩晕症、肩关节周围炎、过敏性紫癜、干咳、宫颈上皮内瘤变、胃底多发息肉七则内科杂症验案入手，阐释张杰老师运用“脾阳为本”“肝脾建中”“健脾益肾”等扶正祛邪的思想论治内科杂病的临证经验，为临床治疗提供借鉴。
