摘要 浅述蔡连香从“精血”理论辨治妇科疾病的特色。本文通过整理蔡老为中医妇科初学者的讲课内容，对其运用“精血”理论阐述妇科疾病的特点、病因病机、辨证论治、临床应用进行总结，突出精血理论在妇科疾病中的地位，认为精血的盈亏与肾肝脾密切相关，临床治疗妇女疾病从调补肝脾肾及调理气血冲任来辨证论治。
