摘要 产后出血是导致孕产妇死亡的首要原因，益母草注射液是防治产后出血的中药注射剂，临床研究和应用丰富。本文基于研究团队对产后出血的认识和应用益母草注射液防治产后出血的研究成果和应用经验，并结合国内同行近3年的研究成果，探讨益母草注射液治产后出血的疗效。结果显示，益母草注射液联合西药对不同分娩形式均能有效降低出血量，降低产后出血的发生风险，且不良反应减少，但需进行更高质量的临床随机试验提供更有力证据。形成的应用共识值得推广。
