摘要 本文系统总结了我们团队在拔罐研究中所取得成果。考证了拔罐疗法的源流发展;提出“针之理即罐之理”“天人地层次理论”和“象思维”应用于拔罐;明确了拔罐补泻的操作方法，创立了推拿罐疗法;总结了拔罐疗法的适应病谱，开展优势病症的拔罐临床疗效观察;机制研究发现，拔罐通过改善能量代谢，调节免疫等多途径起效;并开发拔罐仪器，制定拔罐的相关标准，编写拔罐教材与专著;创建了全国性学术组织，推动了拔罐疗法的应用。
