摘要 目的：基于HPLC指纹图谱和穗花杉双黄酮的含量测定结果，对不同产地五灵脂药材质量进行评价。方法：采用HPLC建立五灵脂指纹图谱和穗花杉双黄酮含量测定方法，并运用中药色谱指纹图谱相似度评价系统和统计软件进行结果分析。结果：不同产地的五灵脂指纹图谱和穗花杉双黄酮含量有其专属性，其中陕西、山西、安徽、河北四产地的指纹图谱相似度高，且穗花杉双黄酮含量>0.020%。结论：不同产地的五灵脂质量存在较大差异，可能与其复齿鼯鼠食物来源有关，需控制鼯鼠食物来源，保证市场上五灵脂质量稳定性。
