鱼腥草破壁饮片对内毒素致热家兔的解热作用研究(1)
摘要 目的：考察鱼腥草破壁饮片对内毒素致家兔发热的解热作用及血液中内毒素含量，血清中炎性因子含量的影响。方法：采用家兔耳缘静脉注射内毒素制备家兔发热模型，测量给药前及给药后4 h各组家兔体温，观察鱼腥草破壁饮片对致热家兔体温的影响;4 h后，耳缘静脉采血，检测全血中白细胞数量，血浆中内毒素含量，以及用ELISA法检测血清中炎性反应因子IL-6、IL-1β、TNF-α的含量。结果：与对照组比较，模型组体温、全血中白细胞含量、血浆中内毒素含量以及血清中IL-1β，IL-6、TNF-α的含量均显著增高。与模型组比较，鱼腥草破壁饮片高、中劑量组能显著地降低致热1 h后的家兔体温;并且，其可显著降低全血中白细胞含量、血浆中内毒素含量。与鱼腥草传统饮片组比较，鱼腥草破壁饮片可显著降低致热1 h后的家兔体温、全血中白细胞含量以及血清中IL-6的含量，差异有统计学意义。鱼腥草破壁饮片和传统饮片均可不同程度降低IL-1β、TNF-α含量。结论：鱼腥草破壁饮片可显著清除家兔体内内毒素，使其体温下降，且在一定程度上优于传统饮片。

Abstract Objective：To investigate the effect of ultrafine granular powder of heartleaf houttuynia herb on endotoxin-induced fever in rabbits， the content of endotoxin in blood and the content of inflammatory factors in serum.Methods：A rabbit fever model was prepared by endotoxin injection into rabbit ear margin， and the body temperature of each group of rabbits was measured before and 4 hours after administration， and the effect of ultrafine granular powder of heartleaf houttuynia herb on fevered rabbit temperature was observed; after 4 hours， blood was collected from the ear veins to detect the number of white blood cells in the whole blood， the content of endotoxin in the plasma， and the content of the inflammatory response factors IL-6， IL-1β and TNF-α in the serum were detected by ELISA.Results：Compared with the control group， the body temperature， leukocyte content in whole blood， plasma endotoxin content， and serum IL-1β， IL-6， TNF-α levels in the model group were significantly increased.Compared with the model group， the high-and medium-dose group of ultrafine granular powder of heartleaf houttuynia herb can significantly reduce the rabbit′s body temperature after 1 hour of heating; moreover， it can significantly reduce the content of white blood cells in blood and endotoxin in plasma.Compared with heartleaf houttuynia pieces group， ultrafine granular powder of heartleaf houttuynia herb can significantly reduce the rabbit′s body temperature， leukocyte content in whole blood and IL-6 content in serum after 1 hour of heating.The difference was statistically significant.Both heartleaf houttuynia pieces and ultrafine granular powder of heartleaf houttuynia herb can reduce the content of IL-1β and TNF-α to varying degrees.Conclusion：Ultrafine granular powder of heartleaf houttuynia herb can significantly remove endotoxins in rabbits and make their body temperature drop， and it is better than heartleaf houttuynia pieces to some extent., 百拇医药(弓铭 杨若聪 代耀兰 吴传鸿 陈炜璇 段飞鹏 赵慧辉 王佩佩 孙燕 成金乐 李韶)
