银杏蜜环口服液联合西药治疗治疗不稳定型心绞痛患者的临床疗效(1)
摘要 目的：探討银杏蜜环口服液联合西药治疗不稳定型心绞痛(UAP)患者的临床疗效。方法：选取2017年2月至2018年4月阜阳市第二人民医院收治的UAP患者86例作为研究对象，将所有患者随机分为对照组和观察组，每组43例。对照组给予常规治疗，观察组在对照组的基础上给予银杏蜜环口服液治疗，比较2组患者治疗效果。结果：观察组有效率为93.02%，显著高于对照组的74.42%，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后，2组的肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、丙二醛(MDA)和血浆内皮素-1(ET-1)均较治疗前降低，观察组低于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后，2组的超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)和一氧化氮(NO)均较治疗前升高，且观察组高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后，观察组血浆过氧化脂质(P-LPO)较治疗前降低，且低于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：应用银杏蜜环口服液联合西药治疗UAP，能清除氧化自由基，减少炎性反应，改善血管内皮功能，对UAP临床疗效显著。

Abstract Objective：To investigate the clinical efficacy of Yinxing Mihuan Oral Liquid combined with Western medicine in the treatment of patients with unstable angina pectoris(UAP).Methods：A total of 86 patients with UAP who were treated in Fuyang Second People′s Hospital from February 2017 to April 2018 were selected，and were randomly divided into an obervation group and a control group，with 43 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional treatment，and the observation group was given Yinxing Mihuan Oral Liquid on the basis of the control group，and the therapeutic effects of the 2 groups was compared.Results：The total effective rate of the observation group was 93.02%，significantly higher than that of the control group(74.42%，P<0.05).After treatment，tumor necrosis factor(TNF-α)，interleukin-6(IL-6)，hypersensitive C-reactive protein(CRP)，malondialdehyde(MDA)and plasma endothelin(ET-1)in both groups were lower than those before treatment，and the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment，superoxide dismutase(SOD)，vascular endothelial production factor(VEGF)and nitric oxide(NO)in the 2 groups were all higher than those before treatment，and the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment，plasma lipid peroxide(P-LPO)in the observation group was lower than that before treatment and lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion：Yinxing Mihuan Oral Solution combined with Western medicine can remove oxidative free radicals，reduce inflammation and improve vascular endothelial function.It has a very significant clinical effects in patients with UAP and can be widely used and promoted.
