摘要 归纳总结跟师学习过程中的心得体会：王维英教授强调风邪是过敏性紫癜发病发展过程的重要因素，风热伤络是该病的重要病机，在治疗过敏性紫癜时，从风论治，标本兼顾，常获良效;同时，应重视患者本身的体质因素，以加强个体化治疗的意识;重视整体观念及治未病思想的运用，以尽早减轻、避免肾脏损害;重视对患者的健康教育，以增强患者的依从性，以医患双方为着力点，达到更好的治疗效果。
