摘要 现代医学对特发性肺纤维化(IPF)的治疗缺乏有效药物及良好的治疗方案，而近年研究显示中医药治疗IPF具有良好的疗效及安全性，现代研究证实中医药治疗特发性肺纤维化具有一定疗效及优势。虽目前现代医学缺乏治疗IPF的循证医学证据，但在快速改善急性期症状等方面具有明显优势，故中西医结合治疗IPF已成为当前最佳方案。
