    摘要 生物标志物是评判脏器的损伤和状态尤为重要的指标，其建立是生理和功能改变后所衍生出的化学或物理改变。药物性肾损伤是临床中常见的，通常肾损伤隐秘性强，在早期不容易发现，因此肾损伤标志物对于评价肾脏结构和功能的意义是至关重要的。本综述拟对肾脏结构以及药物对肾损伤进行分类，总结现有评价肾损伤的标志物，以期对药物在肾损伤评价中标志物的使用作出评价依据。
