    摘要 消化道是体内多脏器的管状组合，在体内组成、结构、功能复杂，在受到损伤时也表现出的不同特征。药物导致的消化道损伤因损伤发生的具体部位、细胞种类、损伤程度、标志物类型而异。组织、细胞标志性酶活性评价是表征消化道损伤最简单有效的方法。但是，这些标志物常常会因体内基础疾病导致的代谢紊乱而发生变化，进而影响损伤评价的准确性。只有深刻了解损伤机制，才能做到消化道损伤的准确与稳定性评价。本文综述了消化道的组成、结构、以及因代谢紊乱诱发损伤标志物变化对损伤评价产生的影响。
