    摘要 醒脑开窍针法是石学敏院士创立的治疗脑中风的针刺方法，不仅立意创新、选穴精妙，而且疗效显著。在跟师学习过程中，通过对“醒脑开窍针法”的理论内涵的深入研习，并运用于临床实践，发现醒脑开窍针法不仅对脑中风及其并发症有明显的疗效，而且治疗其他疾病如抑郁症、痴呆、小儿脑瘫、运动神经元病、呃逆、颈椎病等，也独具优势，疗效肯定，故将醒脑开窍针法在临床中的拓展应用进行综述。

    Abstract Xingnao Kaiqiao acupuncture is an acupuncture method invented by academician SHI Xuemin in the treatment of stroke，which is not only innovative and exquisite，but also has remarkable curative effect.Through learning from teachers，learning treatment ideas applying it to clinical practice，it was found that the acupuncture method of Xingnao Kaiqiao not only has obvious effects on stroke and its comorbidity and complications，but also has unique advantages in the treatment of other diseases such as depression，dementia，infantile cerebral palsy，motor neuron disease，hiccup，cervical spondylosis，etc.This paper aims to review and summarize the extended application of “Xingnao Kaiqiao” acupuncture in clinical practice.
