    摘要 目的：探讨复方一枝蒿颗粒儿童用药的有效性及最佳有效剂量范围，为儿童临床用药的有效性及用法用量提供参考。方法：通过甲型H1N1流行性感冒病毒感染致幼龄小鼠肺炎模型及死亡模型观察复方一枝蒿颗粒的抗病毒作用;采用腹腔毛细血管通透性试验及棉球肉芽肿试验观察其抗炎作用;采用扭体试验观察其镇痛作用;采用金黄色葡萄球菌感染致幼龄小鼠死亡模型观察其抗菌作用，采用脂多糖(LPS)致幼龄家兔发热模型观察其解热作用。结果：复方一枝蒿颗粒0.7、0.9 g生药/(kg·d)2个剂量组可发挥稳定的抗病毒抗菌作用，并可显著抑制小鼠毛细血管通透性及大鼠棉球肉芽肿形成，减少小鼠扭体次数。结论：复方一枝蒿颗粒在0.7～0.9 g生药/(kg·d)剂量范围内对幼龄动物模型具有良好的抗病毒、抗菌、抗炎、镇痛作用。
