    摘要 癌性疼痛(简称“癌痛”)是中晚期癌症患者最常见的症状之一，目前治疗以WHO的“三阶梯”镇痛原则为指导，结合各类“癌痛实践指南”为主体，但这些方案存在局部疼痛控制不佳、药物不良反应等诸多问题。中医外治法历史悠久，理论体系完善，治疗方法多样，作用显著，开展了大量研究，取得了很好疗效。对此，查阅整理近5年中医外治法治疗癌痛的相关文献进行综述，归纳总结癌痛的病因病机及癌痛近年来最常用的中医外治方法，提出中医外治法还存在的一些不足之处以及相关完善方案，为日后中医外治法治疗癌痛的研究提供参考。
