    摘要 目前，临床上针对先兆流产的治疗药物以地屈孕酮、黄体酮以及孕激素为主，其中黄体酮作为纯天然的激素类药物治疗先兆流产的优势近年来日益凸显，已有成为治疗先兆流产首选药物的趋势。近年来，随着中医药治疗在临床上应用的日益广泛，中药复方治疗先兆流产作为一种可行方式开始受到广泛关注。通过对中药复方及微粉化黄体酮改善先兆流产患者临床结局相关研究进展的总结，旨在为先兆流产患者的临床治疗提供参考。
