    摘要随着社会经济的日益进步，人们生活节奏的加快和工作压力的增大，导致功能性便秘(FC)和焦虑、抑郁的患者越来越多，且二者常相互影响。临床发现FC患者常常伴有焦虑、抑郁等状态，脑肠轴在二者共病基础上伴有非常重要的角色。现基于上述将从神经胃肠病学、脑肠肽、肠道微生物、下丘脑垂体肾上腺(HPA)轴、中医药治疗方面探讨FC伴情绪异常的发病机制及其治疗，也为研究二者共病的治疗方案提供更加科学依据。
