    摘要 肿瘤炎症微环境由炎症细胞、肿瘤细胞以及各种基质细胞伴随大量细胞因子、趋化因子浸润等共同构成，对肿瘤细胞增殖、侵袭、血管生成及放化疗抵抗起到作用。具有邪热内蕴、痰饮停滞、瘀血阻滞、正气亏虚等病机特征，是微观层面的中医证候表现。基于炎症微环境异常，中医辨证论治提出清热解毒、化痰散结、活血化瘀、扶正固本的肿瘤治则治法，在缓解患者临床症状、调节机体免疫方面有良好的治疗前景。
