    摘要 当前中医界多从“痰”“虚”“瘀”探讨恶性肿瘤的病机，忽略了恶性肿瘤的本质特点。本文借鉴现代医学中恶性肿瘤的概念及病理认识，结合中医理论体系内容，认为恶性肿瘤本质为精变，核心病机有二：一是恶性肿瘤的功能病机为精变蓄积、侵蚀增长、血脉壅盛、功能损伤、正气消耗;二是恶性肿瘤的物质病机为“正气”有余、恶性肿瘤物质的生产、气血的偏敏感性。

    Constructing Traditional Chinese Medicine Pathogenesis of Malignant Tumor under the Background of Modern Medicine
