    摘要 糖尿病肾病是糖尿病微血管并发症之一，严重影响糖尿病患者生命质量及寿命。仝小林院士提出“态靶辨证”学术思想治疗糖尿病肾病有其独特优势，能有效减少蛋白尿，延缓透析时间。基于仝小林院士“态靶辨证”学术思想，临床观察到糖尿病肾病患者进入中晚期时，属于“虚”态，多辨为“阴阳两虚证”。现结合导师崔云竹教授临床经验，观察发现应用“金匮肾气丸”为调态方，可以调“阴阳两虚”证糖尿病肾病之“虚”态，同时加黄芪、葛根、水蛭为靶药精准打靶，态靶结合，效如桴鼓，能有效改善患者症状，提高其生命质量。
