    [摘要] 目的:总结CICU患儿住院过程中出现的各种负性情绪及心理问题,以便提供相应的护理对策,解除CICU患儿的异常心理反应,促进先天性心脏病术后患儿的康复,提高手术成功率。方法:针对185例CICU患儿由于环境改变、病情反复变化、手术创伤而导致不同程度的焦虑、恐惧、紧张、烦躁、不安全感、抑郁、孤独等异常心理反应,针对性地实施心理护理。结果:185例心脏手术患者入住CICU期间,其异常的心理反应都得到了减轻或解除,顺利通过在CICU的停留阶段。结论:对心脏术后CICU患儿进行良好的心理护理,加强护患沟通,提高医疗护理质量,改善监护环境,提高疼痛阀值,是减轻CICU患儿心理不适的关键。

    Psychological analysis and nursing of CICU children

    [Abstract] Objective: To summarize the CICU occurred during hospitalization in children with a variety of negative emotions and psychological problems, in order to provide appropriate care measures, remove the abnormal psychological reactions of CICU children, promote the first cardiac rehabilitation patients, and improve the success rate of surgery. Methods: 185 cases of CICU children had different degrees of anxiety, fear, stress and irritability, insecurity, depression, loneliness and other abnormal psychological reactions because of environmental change, disease repeatedly changes, surgical trauma, and given target psychological care. Results: In CICU, the abnormal psychological reactions of 185 cases of cardiac surgery patients had been removed or disarm and smoothly through the phase of CICU. Conclusion: CICU patients after cardiac surgery receive good psychological care, strengthen communication between nurses and patients, improve health care quality, improve the care environment, enhance the pain threshold, and reduce the CICU patients, these are keys to psychological discomfort. ......
