    [摘要] 目的:探讨腹腔镜下小儿腹股沟斜疝疝囊高位结扎术的术后并发症及护理方法。方法:回顾性分析2006年1月～2008年12月间收治的320例腹股沟斜疝患儿行腹腔镜下疝囊高位结扎术的术后并发症及护理方法。结果:术后并发症均得到及时处理,预后良好。随访时间最长3年,1例复发,经传统手术方法治愈。结论:腹腔镜下小儿腹股沟斜疝疝囊高位结扎术是安全、有效的手术方式,术后并发症少且轻微,围术期正确护理减少或减轻了术后并发症。

    Postoperative complications and nursing of laparoscopic high ligation of hernial sac in pediatric oblique hernia

    [Abstract] Objective:To investigate the postoperative complications and nursing methods of laparoscopic high ligation of hernial sac in pediatric oblique inguinal hernia. Methods: Laparoscopic high ligation of hernial sac in pediatric oblique inguinal hernia was performed in 320 children cases from Jan. 2006 to Dec. 2008 and analyzed retrospectively the postoperative complications and nursing methods. Results:Postoperative complications were managed in time. The prognosis was well. The longest follow-up was 3 years. 1 case recurred and was healed by traditional operation method. Conclusion:Laparoscopic high ligation ofhernial sac in pediatric oblique inguinal hernia is a safe and effective operation. The postoperative complications are less and light. Peri-operation nursing decreases and relieves the postoperative complications. ......
