    [摘要] 药品所引起的风险包括安全性和有效性的问题。本文从药品质量和药品使用两个方面阐述风险的由来及防范,并重点指出信息流在防范风险中所起的关键作用,以期达到用药安全、有效的目的。

    A comment on preventing drug risk in hospital

    [Abstract] Drug can cause risks such as its safety and efficacy. This article discussed the reasons and prevention of drug risk by drug quality and application. In addition, emphasized that information flow plays a key role in preventing risk to get safety and efficacy on using drug.

    加强医院药品风险防范,不仅使医院规避医疗纠纷,而且可进一步保证患者用药安全、有效。“亮菌甲素”、“欣弗”以及“甲氨蝶呤”等药源性事件被相继曝光,可见当今用药形势之严峻。据报道,2008年全国药品不良反应监测中心共收到药品不良反应共60.2万份,新的、严重的占13.3%。与此同时,医疗事故和医疗纠纷呈明显上升趋势,其中相当一部分是药疗事故(纠纷)或与药品使用相关[1-2] ......
