    [摘要] 目的：探讨多西他赛、顺铂联合三维适行放疗治疗局部晚期非小细胞肺癌的疗效。方法：将入组43例非小细胞肺癌患者随机分为观察组(22例)和对照组(21例)。对照组采用序贯疗法，多西他赛+顺铂，3周为1个周期，共化疗4个周期后开始放疗；放射治疗采用三维适行放疗。观察组采用同期放化疗，即化学治疗开始时同步进行放射治疗，具体化疗药物及剂量、放疗方法同对照组。结果：两组患者临床疗效比较，观察组总有效率为86.36%，对照组总有效率为57.14%，两组总有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者毒性反应、早期放射反应比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论：多西他赛、顺铂联合三维适行放疗治疗局部晚期非小细胞肺癌疗效确切。

    Treatment on locally advanced non-small cell lung cancer by Docetaxel, Cis-platinum combined with three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy

    [Abstract] Objective: To discuss the treatment effect on local advanced by Docetaxel non-small cell lung cancer, Cis-platinum combined with three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy. Methods: 43 cases of patients with enrolled in groups were randomly divided into observation group (22 cases) and control group (21 cases). The control group was adopted sequence therapy by Docetaxel and Cis-platinumt, three weeks as a cycle; after chemotherapy for four cycles, radiotherapy began to be used, three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy was adopted in it. Concurrent chemotherapy was adopted in the observation group that chemotherapy and radiotherapy began simultaneously; its specific chemotherapeutic medicine and dosage and its radiotherapy were the same as those of the contrast group. Results: Comparing the clinical treatment effects of patients in two groups, the total effective rate of the observation group was 86.36%; the total effective rate of the control group was 57.14%; the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); and there was no obvious difference of toxicity, side effect and early radioreaction between the two groups (P>0.05). Conclusion: The combination of Docetaxel, Cis-platinum combined with three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy has an exact treatment effect on local advanced non-small cell lung cancer. ......
