医药类高职院校青年教师渐进式培养模式的探析
周爱珍 程斌 王和平[摘要] 青年教师的培养对高职院校未来的发展具有重要的战略意义,积极探索青年教师的培养模式已成为高职院校面临的紧迫任务。本文结合目前医药类高职院校青年教师的培养现状,根据青年教师不同成长阶段的特点,从转型适应、积累提高、成熟稳定三个阶段对青年教师的渐进式培养模式加以探析,以期为医药类高职院校“双师型”教师队伍的培养提供一定的参考和借鉴。

[Abstract] The training of young teachers has strategic importance for the future development of higher vocational college. And active exploring the training model has become an urgent task for the higher vocational college. In this paper, according to the current training status of medicinal higher vocational colleges and the characteristics of different growth stages, the progressive training model of young teachers is analyzed from three stages of transformation and adaptation, accumulation and improvement, mature and stability, in order to provide a reference for building a teacher team of "double qualified teacher" in medicinal higher vocational college. ......
