    [摘要] 目的 研究并分析胃癌组织中PIM-3的异常表达及其临床意义。 方法 选择2013年6月～2014年2月于内蒙古医科大学附属医院行胃癌组织根治性切除的患者50例为研究对象，采用免疫组织化学法(SP法)分别测定PIM-3在50例胃癌组织和及其中25例患者的癌旁组织中的表达，分析PIM-3与性别、年龄、肿瘤大小等有关参数的相关性。 结果 癌旁组织中PIM-3的表达阳性率(16%)显著低于胃癌组织(90%)；PIM-3的表达与胃癌组织中分化程度、浸润程度、淋巴转移和静脉转移密切相关(P 0.05)。 结论 PIM-3参与胃癌组织细胞的分化、浸润和转移，促进肿瘤恶化和癌症发展。
