    [摘要] 目的 探讨替莫唑胺对高级别神经胶质瘤的临床治疗效果和安全性，为该类疾病的临床治疗提供方案参考。方法 选择2007年2月～2011年5月于徐州市中心医院收治的83例术后有残留灶的高级别神经胶质瘤患者，分为治疗组(42例)和对照组(41例)，其中对照组给予外科治疗和常规外放疗，治疗组则在原有治疗基础上加用替莫唑胺进行化疗，评价两组的临床疗效。 结果 治疗组的近期总有效率为88.09%，对照组为60.97%，两组差异有统计学意义(P 0.05)，但在化疗6个疗程时治疗组高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P 0.05)。 结论 高级别神经胶质瘤术后使用替莫唑胺进行化疗，可提高临床有效率，改善患者的生存质量，且临床安全性和耐受性良好。
