    [摘要] 项目化管理可以较好克服当前医学类高职高专创业教育时间紧迫、资源不足的瓶颈问题，提升创业教育效率。在实施过程中，应该遵循项目设计的原则，做好专业化专业项目设计，争取多方支持，建立项目组与各部门领导和决策层之间的沟通平台，建立平等合作的师生关系，提升医学类高职高专创业教育实效。
